中华绒螯蟹大颚器对卵巢发育的影响

摘  要:采用埋植和注射的方法,研究了中华绒螯蟹Eriocheir sinensis大颚器对卵巢发育的影响。结果表明:埋植大颚器组雌蟹的成熟系数(GSI)和卵细胞直径显著高于对照组(P<0.05);卵巢总RNA含量明显高于对照组,但差异不显著(P>0.05);卵巢发育优于对照组,有2只蟹已进入卵黄发生期,而对照组雌蟹卵巢尚未发育至卵黄发生期。注射大颚器粗提液的中华绒螯蟹卵母细胞直径显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而成熟系数、卵巢总RNA含量明显高于对照组,但未达显著水平(P>0.05);卵巢发育优于对照组,有4只蟹已进入卵黄发生期,而对照组仅有1只进入卵黄发生期。The effects of mandibular organ(MO) on ovarian development of Chinese mitten crab (Eriocheir sinensis) were studied using implantation and injection method. The results showed that there was significant increase in gonado -somatic index (GIS) and oocyte diameter in the crab implanted MO (P 〈0.05). The crab implanted MO had higher total ovary RNA without significant differences. Two crabs were found to develop into vitellogenesis while no viteUogenesis was observed on the crab in control group. There was significant increase in oocyte diameter in the crab injected MO ( P 〈 0.05). The crab injected MO had higher GIS and total ovary RNA without significant differences( P 〉 0.05 ). Four crabs were observed to develop into vitellogenesis stage while only one crab developed into viteUogenesis stage in control group.
