摘　　要：目的观察、研究锦黄咽炎片的抗炎(对小鼠耳肿胀、大鼠足肿胀)、镇痛、抑菌和抗病毒作用,为临床合理使用提供可能的药效学试验依据。方法通过连续灌胃给药,观察锦黄咽炎片对(小鼠耳肿胀、大鼠足肿胀)炎症的作用;通过单次灌胃给药观察本品对鼠疼痛反应的影响;通过细菌培养液中加药,观察该药的抑菌作用;通过对锦黄咽炎片体外抗流感病毒进行测定,研究本品对流感病毒的抑制作用。结果锦黄咽炎片的单次和多次灌胃给药有一定的量效依赖性,对二甲苯引起的小鼠耳肿胀有明显的抑制作用,对蛋清引起的大鼠足肿胀有明显的抑制作用,对热刺激引起的小鼠疼痛反应有明显的抑制作用,对金葡菌、链球菌、大肠杆菌、变形杆菌等有比较明显的抑制作用,有较强的抗流感病毒作用。结论本品具有显著的抗炎、镇痛作用,比较明显的抑菌、较强的抗病毒作用。作用强度与复方草珊瑚相当。Objective To observe the anti-inflammatory, analgesic, anti-bacterial and anti-virus effect of Jin Huang Yan Yan Plan, and to supply the possible pharmacokinetics evidence for the appropriate clinical use. Methods The effect of Jin Huang Yan Yan Plan on （ears and feet of feet swell mice） inflammation was observed through continuously gastric clysis to mice; the influence of it on pain-repressing was observed through gastric clysis once; and the anti-bacterial effect of the drug was observed by adding it to the culture; the restraining effect of it on flu virus was observed in vitro. Results There was does-effect dependence of Jin Huang Yah Yah Pian no matter how many times it had been given; the drug had obvious restraining effect on swell, pain and some kinds of bacteria; it also had strong restraining effect on flu virus. Conclusion Jin Huang Yah Yah Pian has an obvious effect of anti-inflammation, analgesic, bacteria-restraining and anti-virus. The intensity of its effect is similar to Fu Fang Cao Shah Hu.
