Survivin蛋白在喉癌中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨Survivin蛋白表达与喉癌临床病理因素的相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学技术(SP法)对45例喉癌组织和7例正常喉黏膜组织标本进行Survivin蛋白表达情况检测。结果喉癌组织中Survivin蛋白阳性表达率为62.2%(28/45),7例正常喉黏膜组织无Survivin蛋白表达。临床分期Ⅲ-Ⅳ期喉癌组织的Survivin蛋白阳性表达率高于Ⅰ-Ⅱ期喉癌组织(P<0.01);中、低分化喉癌组织的Survivin蛋白阳性表达率高于高分化喉癌组织(P<0.01);发生颈淋巴结转移的喉癌组织的Survivin蛋白阳性表达率高于无颈淋巴结转移的喉癌组织(P<0.01)。结论Survivin蛋白的表达与喉癌临床分期、病理分级和颈淋巴结转移有密切关系,它的高表达可能在喉癌的发生、发展和转移中起重要作用。Objective To explore the expression of Survivin in squamous cell carcinoma of larynx and its relationship with histopathologieal factors. Methods The expressions of Survivin in laryngeal cancer of 45 eases and normal laryngeal tissues of 7 eases were studied by immunohistochemieal S - P staining. Results It was found that the positive rate of Survivin in 45 eases of laryngeal squamous cell earcinoma was 62.2 % （28/45）. In contrast, 7 eases of normal laryngeal epithelium did not express Survivin. The positive rate in the clinical stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ of these patients was higher than the clinical stage Ⅰ - Ⅱ （P 〈 0.01）. The positive rate in the medial and low differentiation of these patients was higher than the high differentiation （P 〈 0.01）. The positive rate in those carcinoma with cervical lymph node metastasis was higher than those without cervical lymph node metastasis （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The expression of Survivin was related to the clinical stage, histological grade and cervical lymph node metastasis of laryngeal cancer, the high expression of Survivin may play an important role in the formation and metastasis of laryngeal cancer.
