摘　　要：目的调查海南省社区黎、汉族分裂症病人的治疗状况、社会功能状况及影响因素,为进行相关政策制定和医疗保障提供科学依据。方法以自制问卷,社会功能缺陷筛选量表和日常生活能力量表对海南省社区分裂症病人进行调查。结果共调查5个市县156例分裂症患者,发现曾接受迷信治疗普遍,比率高达86.5%,未接受精神专科治疗者25.6%。存在社会功能缺陷者146例,占93.6%。结论社区分裂症病人中仍有相当部分病人未能接受精神专科治疗、社会功能残疾仍普遍,应重视这些患者社会功能康复。Objective To investigate the status of treatment, social function and influential factors of schizoniacs in the communities of Han and Li Nationalities and provide scientific basis for formulating relevant policies and offering social insurance. Methods The schizopreniacs in the community of Hainan were surveyed by using self designed questionnaire, social dysfunction screening form and daily living capability form. Results Totally 156 schizopreniacs in 5 cities were surveyed.About 86.5% of them were treated with superstition and 25.6 % of them were not treated in the psychic department. There 146 patients with social dysfunction accounting for 93.6 %. Conclusion There are quite a number of schzopreniacs without being treated in psychic department in this province and many of them have the problem social dysfunction, Thus attention be paid to the rehabilitation of their social function.
