广东省鼠类耶尔森氏菌现状分析

摘　　要：目的了解广东省鼠疫疫源地和非鼠疫疫源地鼠类耶尔森氏菌的分布和相互抑制的情况。方法分别采用间接血球凝集试验(IHA)、放射免疫沉淀试验(RIP)进行鼠疫耶尔森氏菌特异性F1抗体检测,并分别对鼠类回盲部内容物和肝、脾、舌进行冷增菌后,以选择培养基分离。结果广东省鼠疫疫源地未检出任何一种耶尔森氏菌,而非鼠疫疫源地区检出小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌2株,中间型耶尔森氏菌1株。结论广东省鼠疫疫源地处于静息期,在鼠疫疫源地区和非疫疫源地区耶尔森氏菌存在互相抑制现象。Objective Investigation was preeeed in rodent＇s Yesinia in plague focus and non- plague focus fo Guangdong,to understand the circumstance that the distrbution of Yersinla, and whether the restrained phenomenon of yersinia was existed. Methods IHA and RIP was used for surveying the particular FI Ab of yersinia pestis. Yersinia pestis were surveyed by plague culture media.The contents of ileocecal part,the liver,the spleen and the tongue of rodent＇s were put into PBS that were propagated（4℃ ） for 3weeks, then the above PBS liquid was smeared on selective culture media to sarvey yersina enterocolitica and Yersina pseudotuberculosis etc. Yersinia. Results there are any yersinia was found in plague focus,2 strains ofyersinia enterocolltica and 1 strain yersinia intermedia were detected separately in non- plague focus. Condusion Plague focus＇s pestis was on its stistic phase in Guangdong, and the restrained phenomenon of Yersinia eachother was existed in plague focus and non - plague focus.
