摘　　要：目的通过调查海南农村防控非典的实际情况,从农民对非典防控知识知晓程度的角度对海南农村非典类突发公共卫生事件应对能力进行评估研究,为我省制定农村公共卫生政策提供决策参考。方法采用自行设计的包含5个问题的调查表,对2979人进行非典防治知识掌握情况的调查。并对实验组和对照组干预前的结果作统计分析。结果与对照组相比实验组干预后对所有问题的知晓率均有显著提高(P<0.001);另外,实验组的知晓率存在性别、职业和文化程度的差异。结论农村是非典类突发公共卫生事件防控工作的薄弱环节,我们应该在农村加大健康教育的力度,加大防控非典类突发公共卫生事件的宣传力度,普及公共卫生知识,消除遇事恐慌、混乱、麻痹大意等情绪与思想,保护人民健康。Objective To assess the capability of villagers in prevention and control of SARS - like emergent public health accidents in rural areas of Hainan Province through investigation of the SARS knowledge of villagers and their activities in prevention and control of SARS so as to provide reference for making public health policies in rural areas in this province. Methods Questionaire including six questions were designed and 2 979 villagers, divided into experimental and control groups, were surveyed for SARS knowledge. The results of experimental and control groups before and after intervention were statistically analyzed. Results The SARS knowledge levels in the experimental group after intervention was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0. 01）. The knowledge levels in the experimental group were different in sexes, occupations and educational background. Conclusion The capacity of prevention and control of SARS - type emergent public health accidents in rural areas is weak. Much work has to be done for popularizing public health knowledge elimination of social panic and the attitude of neglecflessness by carrying out health education and propaganda and preventing and controlling SARS - type emergent public health accidents.
