摘　　要：目的通过调查海南省农村居民个人非典防控情况,以便采取对策,提高海南农村对非典类突发性公共卫生事件的应对能力。方法采用自行设计的调查表,随机抽取海南省19个市县的1096名村民,进行现场调查。结果99.6%的人都听说过非典,80%以上的村民对非典防控知识掌握较好,个人防护也做的较好;80%以上的村民说感到恐慌害怕,现在88.6%的人都无恐慌心理;北京广州发生非典疫情,80%以上的人不愿意去那里打工;87.7%的人赞成非典期间民工不能返乡;75%以上的人都认为非典不会传到海南;如果今后海南出现非典疫情,80%以上的人都认为能迅速控制。结论海南农村非典防控工作做得较好,但还存在漏洞,农村是非典类突发性公共卫生事件防控的薄弱环节,我们应进一步加强海南农村非典类突发性公共卫生事件防控工作的力度。Objective To Investigate the situation of prevention and control of SARS by individual villagers in rural areas of Hainan Province for making measures to enhance the capability of controlling emergent SARS - type public health accidents in rural areas. Methods There 1 096 peasants in 19 cities/counties were randomly surveyed on the spot by using self designed questionnaire and the results were analyzed. Results 99.6% of the inhabitants surveyed heard SARS, over 80% of the villagers knew weU knowledge of control SAILS and individual protection was also well carried out, over 80% of the villagers was panic when first heard the new of SARS and now 88.6% of the them was no longer afraid of SARS . over 80% of the viUagers did not want to work in Beijing and Guangzhou when SARS was prevalent there; 87.7 % of the villagers agreed that the peasant workers working outside should not be allowed to return to their native hometowns during the transmission of SAILS; over 75 % of them thought that SAILS would not spread to Hainan and over 80% of them considered that SARS would be rapidly controUed in case it spread to Hainan. Conclusion Countryside is the weak chain in control of SARS and the work of prevention and control of SARS in rural areas of Hainan is satisfactory but there are also problems to be solved. More work has to be done in rural areas of Hainan Province for control SARS - type emergent public health accidents.
