摘 要:通过对制动车轮的受力分析,明确了车辆的制动力与车轮制动器的制动力矩和轮胎的静力半径有关,同时又受轮胎与地面间附着性能的制约。提出了制动器制动力矩的确定方法,也指出了制动器的制动力矩是由其自身的结构和参数决定的,叙述了驻车和应急制动力矩的计算方法。对防爆车辆所采用的制动系统进行了简要说明,通过分析,提出了应合理选择车辆制动系统及其参数,以保证整车制动系统的可靠性和合理性。Through stress analysis to brake wheel, it is clear that brake force of the vehicle is not only concemed with brake torque of wheel brake and static radius of tyre, but also restricted by adhesiveness between tyre and the ground. The thesis puts forward the method of confirming brake torque, appoints that brake torque is decided by its own structure and parameter, and also presents computing method of stop force and emergency brake force. At the same time, the thesis makes a brief description about brake system of the flameproof vehicle, through analyzing it held up that brake system and its parameter of the vehicle should be selected reasonably in order to ensure the security and rationality of machine' s brake system.
