摘　　要：普通高校篮球选项课的特点是学生人数多,学生身体素质差异大,学生运动水平差异大等。根据上述特点和篮球运动的特点要使篮球选项课的教学有的放矢,使学生学有所得,就必须做到:1、尊重学生意愿,精选教学内容;2、充分发挥学生的主观能动性,教学方法不拘一格;3、分组教学,让水平不同的学生各有所得。The Characteristic of option courses on college basketball lies in the considerable students in one class and the huge difference in their physical quality. How to make basketball teaching more meaningful and how to instruct students to learn well is a subject which deserves college P. E teachers＇ research. The writer has drawn some conclusions during teaching practice as the following：first,content of courses should be based on students＇ will; second, students＇ enthusiasm should be motivated by various teaching methods; third, different students ＇levels should be improved by group-teaching.
