摘　　要：对六种氨基酸混合溶液的紫外光谱数据进行傅里叶变换，然后用傅里叶系数进行目标因子分析，计算结果令人满意。The UV-Vis spectral data of mixed solution of six amino acids were processed by Furier transform and the Fourier ttransform coefficients were used for target factor analysis. This method can reduce the amount of data to be stored and processed. The results are satisfactory.
