摘 要:通过试验与理论分析相结合的方法,得到不同大小雾滴在喷头下方不同处的飞行时间,并分析了雾滴大小的变化情况,结果表明,切向气流对雾滴的大小有明显影响。小于50μm的雾滴很快就失去能量,在空气中处于悬浮状态,这些雾滴或者与其他雾滴结合,或者被外界风吹走,发生飘移;大于200μm的雾滴很快就能到达目标物,飞行至喷头下方50cm处的时间约为0.1s,到达目标物的速度约为1.9m/s,这表明即使有外界风力作用时,飘移的距离也很短。The time delay of the variable spraying system is one of the most important tactors aliecting the application accuracy. The results of experimental and theoretical analysis were combined, the flying time of different size droplet at different heights below the nozzle was ascertained and the mutative orderliness of the droplet distributing was analyzed. The results suggested that the tangential airflow affected the droplet distributing remarkably. The droplets below 50 μm lost their velocity quickly and suspended in the air. The droplet would integrate with others to form larger droplet, or be blown away by the wind easily. The droplet above 200 μm arrived at the targets rapidly. The flying time was about 0. 1 s and the velocity was about 1.9 m/s. This indicated that the drifting distance of the droplet would not be too long though under the effect of wind.
