摘 要:通过对动力集成式水泵与内燃机-柱塞式水泵组合系统在工作原理与结构、工作特点、性能指标等方面的对比分析,表明前者具有效率高、体积小、重量轻、结构紧凑、成本低、易于匹配等显著特点。仿真结果显示,前者与后者相比,除流量较少降低外,其他工作性能指标,如有效热效率、燃油消耗率、运转不均匀度、有效功、输出压力等均有大幅度改善。Aiming at the working principles, structure, working character and performance index and etc, the comparative analysis of integrated power plunger pump and internal combustion engine driving plunger pump system was carried out. It is shown that the former had smaller volume, slighter weight, compacter structure, lower cost, and easier match etc. The simulation results demonstrated that many performance indexes of the former, such as effective thermal efficiency, fuel consumption, running unevenness, effective work, output pressure and so on have been improved obviously compared to the latter, but flow decreased slightly.
