摘 要:对拖拉机变速箱操纵控制系统进行改造可以使传统机械式变速箱实现自动控制。比较了3种AMT(电控液动、电控气动、电控电动)操纵控制系统,总结了电控液动操纵系统的优越性,阐述了电控液动操纵控制系统的工作和构造原理。介绍了可用于拖拉机的智能换挡控制系统。By transforming the operation control system of transmission, the automatic control for the traditional mechanical transmission could be realized. Three types (electronically controlled hydraulic, electronically controlled pneumatic, electronically controlled electric) operation control system was compared, superiority of the electronically controlled hydraulic operation control system was summarized, the working and structure principle of the electronically controlled hydraulic operation control system was explained, the control system of the intellectual shift was introduced. The system has not been generally applied in tractors at present, and it is worth popularizing.
