摘　　要：在核反应截面测量实验中使用厚靶技术，对厚靶测量谱进行解谱，得到等效薄靶的结果。用该方法大大提高了事件的计数率，明显地减少了统计误差。A thick-target technique is used in the measurement of cross sections of nuclear reactions. To obtain the equivalent thin target spectrum the thick target spectra should be unfolded. By this method the counting rate is increased and the statistical error is decreased greatly.
