摘　　要：分析现有国家和地方法律(法规)及政策在促进产学研合作方面遇到的瓶颈,并提出解决思路,以支持产学研合作的规范和可持续发展。Barrier and restriction have been come into being in cooperation among industry, university and research institute. This paper analyses the barrier and restriction, and offers solutions for normative and sustainable development of cooperation among indusry, university and research institute.
