摘 要:针对现有决策支持系统存在信息支持不足、专家知识难以获取与表示、从海量数据提取有用信息存在困难等问题,通过对已有的人工神经网络、小波分析、遗传算法的建模方法进行组合利用和加以改进,建立组合智能信息处理器,并将之与传统决策支持系统相结合,产生智能决策支持系统,进行知识自动提取和系统智能建模,并基于GIS平台利用组件技术搭建智能决策支持系统集成结构.最后以灌区水资源管理决策支持系统的径流预报为例,进行仿真试验,验证方案的可行性和有效性.In order to solve the current main problems of Decision-Making Support System (DSS), such as shortage of enough information resources support, difficulties in obtaining and expressing the expert knowledge , trouble of extracting useful information from mass isomeric data and so on , we have developed the combined intelligent information processor based on recombining and improving the traditional modeling methods including artificial neural network(ANN), wavelet transformation(WT), genetic algorithm( GA). In addition , an intelligent DDS is established by integrating the combined intelligent information processor with DSS, which can extract out useful knowledge and information from mass database management system automatically and build intelligent modeling system. Furthmore, based on the GIS platform, the integration of all module in the intelligent DDS is completed using component technology, and the integrated scheme is described clearly in this paper. The example of combinatorial intelligentized DSS is given for the water resources management DSS in a irrigation catchment, including main interfaces based on GIS and the simulation results of rainfall-runoff forecasting module.
