摘　　要：和谐审计是构建和谐社会的呼唤,是提高审计效果的需要。确立“一体观念”、诚信观念、平等观念和自强观念是和谐审计的基本要求。和谐审计的基本方式是沟通。A harmonious audit is the call of a harmonious soicety and the need of enhancing the effect of acdit. Its basic requirement is to establish an idea of integrity, sincerity, equality and self- improvement, and the basic form of a harmonious autit is communication.
