摘　　要：以江苏技术师范学院电子信息工程专业为背景,提出了目前职技高师人才培养的思路、模式和具体做法。Based on the specialty of electronics information engineering, the new thought and practice of talent train mode are given in normal teachers colleges of technology. Aimed at help to develop the vocational and technological education, fruits of exploring and practice are introduced in this paper.
