摘　　要：社会主义市场经济不仅是法制经济,也是道德经济,是集法制和道德为一体的新型经济体制。在加强市场经济法制建设的同时,应看到企业道德建设对其法律的互补性作用。要提高企业在市场竞争中的实力只有实行以法治企,以德兴企。Our socialist market economy is not only of law, but also of morality, which is the new economic structure of legal system and morals system. In addition to improving the legal system of market economy, we should pay attention to the mutual effect of enterprise morals. To raise the competition of enterprise in the market, we should manage enterprises by law and morals.
