摘  要:面向人力资源市场求职是获得工作岗位的重要手段,如果我们把求职比喻成一条板凳,那么,支撑这条板凳的“四条腿”分别是:求职者的素质、求职者的包装和技巧、求职机遇的发现和把握、求职者对人力资源市场的人才价值规律的认识,这就是求职的“板凳模式”。熟悉和掌握求职的“板凳模式”,有助于求职者更快、更好地找到一个满意的工作岗位。In market economy, the permanent occupation has its charms in former days. Every business major has to apply for jobs for many times in his life. It is also an important method for him to get the occupation through self - promotion in the human resource market. If the applying to jobs of the business majors is compared to a wooden stool, the "four legs" for underproping the wooden stool are the quality of the job seekers, the appearance and the skill of them, the discovery and grasp of the career opportu- nity of them and the realization of the value rule of talented people in human resource market of them. Those are the wooden stool modal of business majors' seeking for jobs. To be up on and seize the wooden stool modal are helpful for the job seekers to get satisfactory careers more quickly.
