综合医院护士抑郁心理护理技能的培训

摘　　要：目的探讨提高综合医院护理人员心理护理技能的方法。方法以综合医院临床中首要心理问题“抑郁”为突破口,设计抑郁心理护理培训方案,对33名护士进行心理理论和技能培训,采用理论和技能考核和问卷调查进行评价,观察护士心理护理技能提高状况。结果33名护士心理护理技能明显提高,心理学知识及心理护理技能考核优良率90%以上;97%护理人员认为学习及实践心理护理技能很有必要,88%护理人员对所学内容表示满意,85%护理人员在实践中希望得到心理专家更多时间的指导。结论对综合医院护理人员心理护理技能培训是必要的、可行的、有效的。Objective To explore the methods for the improvement of mental care skills of nurses in comprehensive hospital. Methods Focusing on the critical mental problem - depression in clinical practice of comprehensive hospital, a training project of mental care was designed, and then applied on the training of 33 nurses. The evaluation was done with theoretical and skill examinations as well as questionnaires to observe the conditions of improvement in nurses＇ mental care skills. Results The mental care skills were improved obviously among the 33 nurses, the excellence rate in the exams of psychological knowledge and mental care skills reaching 90% or above. 97% of the nurses thought it was necessary to learn and practice mental care skills, 88% of them showed their satisfaction about what they learned and 85% hoped to get more instructions from psychologists. Conclusion The training of mental care skills among nurses in comprehensive hospital is necessary, feasible and effective.
