中药茵黄胶囊辨治脂肪肝68例临床观察

摘　　要：运用中药茵黄胶囊辨治脂肪肝的临床研究,初步证实该中药茵黄胶囊具有清热解毒、疏肝利湿等功效.治疗前后评定临床症状及生化检测的变化,并与对照组对照,结果:治疗3个月后,脂肪肝组临床症状及系列生化检测与治疗前后比较均有显著改善(P<0.01),在临床辨治中均取得了较为满意的疗效.Traditional chinese drug Yinhuang Capsule was proved to possess the effect of clearing heat and removing toxic substance, and dispersing the stagnated liver - qi and removing damp through clinical study treating fatty liver. The changes of clinical symptoms and the results of biochemical examiation of the patients before and after treatment were evaluated, and that of treatment group was compared with that of control group. After 3 months statistically significant difference was seen （P〈 0.01） between the indexes of examination before and after treatment, and the curative effect of treatment based on syndrome differentiation was satisfactory.
