摘　　要：高等职业教育要有效实施“双证制”教育,必须积极推进实践教学改革。其中,教育思想的转变是前提,教学模式的创新是关键,实践教学基地的建设是基础,师资队伍建设是保证。Active promotion of practical teaching reform must be made for effective execution of ＂double certificate＂ education in higher vocational education. First of all, change of educational idea is the premise of the reform; innovation of teaching model is the key; construction of practical teaching is the base and construction of the teaching group is the guarantee.
