摘　　要：岗位津贴制度是高校分配制度的重要组成部分。作为高校深化改革的新举措,岗位津贴制毕竟还不完善。由于缺乏政府政策的支持等各种原因,导致在实施津贴分配中存在许多问题。结合高职高专实际特点,提出相应的改进措施,找出切实可行的对策。Job subsidies distribution is an important part of income distribution system at college and university. However, as a new move of further reform, job subsidies distribution system is still not perfect. Main reasons, such as lack of government support, cause many troubles in job subsidies distribution. From the actual characteristics of higher vocational college, this paper puts forward corresponding improvement measures and workable methods.
