摘　　要：非营利组织在社会公益领域寻求与企业建立合作关系是其发展的趋势之一,由于目标的差异,双方的合作绝大多数以失败告终,而其中,低劣的联盟伙伴选择是其深层根由所在.因此针对非营利组织的战略联盟伙伴选择的研究,通过AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)法建立非营利组织战略联盟伙伴选择模型,为非营利组织战略联盟伙伴选择提供依据.That non-profit organizations and businesses are to seek cooperation in the field of social welfare is one of the trends of their development, due to their goals, the majority of the cooperation between the two sides usually ends in failure. A poor choice of coalition partner is the underlying cause. In this paper, the strategic selection of alliance partner on the part of non-profit organizations is studied by using the AHP （Analytic Hierarchy Process） to create a strategic alliance partner selection model, which will help non-profit organization with a scientific basis for selection.
