摘　　要：目的探讨Bcl-2、VEGF和nm23-H1基因在肺癌在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达及其与淋巴结转移的关系。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测123例非小细胞肺癌组织中Bcl-2、VEGF和nm23-H1基因的表达。结果Bcl-2蛋白的阳性表达在高、中和低分化肺癌组间比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05),与肺癌P-TNM分期组间比较,差异亦有显著性(P<0.05).nm23-H1蛋白在淋巴结无转移肺癌组中显著高于转移组(P<0.O5),VEGF蛋白的阳性表达在肺癌病理分级、P-TNM分期及淋巴结转移各组间均有显著性(P<0.05)。Bcl-2、VEGF和nm23-H1基因在肺癌中的表达无相关性。结论Bcl-2、VEGF和nm23-H1基因在肺癌的组织发生上起着重要作用,三种基因蛋白产物的检测对肺癌患者的诊治和预后评估有积极意义。Objective To explore the relationship among the expression of Bcl-2,VEGF and nm23-H1 gene and lymph node metastasis of lung cancer.Methods Using immunohistochemical technique S-P method , 123 patients with lung cancer were examined. Results The positive rate of Bcl-2 oncoprotein expression is significant in the high,middle and low differentiation of lung cancer （ P 〈 0.05）, and so do the P-TNM stageing of lung cancer（ P 〈 0.05）. The group without the lymph node metastasis was significantly different from the group of lymph node metastasis in the positive rate of nm23-H1 oncoprotein （ P 〈0.05）.The positive rate of VEGF protein expression is significant in the pathological grade and the clinical staging and lymph node metastasis of lung cancer（ P 〈 0. 05）. As the same time , the relationship was not found between the expression of Bcl-2, VEGF and nm23-H1 oncoprotein of lung can- cer. Conclusion Bcl-2,VEGF and nm23-H1 has an important significance on development of lung cancer . The detection of their gene protein has positive effect on diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer.
