摘 要:利用人工合成六倍体小麦资源Syn-CD780与感病品种川育12杂交,构建了一套重组近交系(F8,131个株系)。2004~2006年,就重组近交系对条锈病优势生理小种条中32进行了苗期和成株期抗性鉴定。结果表明:苗期抗感比例为3.09∶1,卡方值0.0230,成株期抗感比例为1.42∶1,卡方值0.3403,二者均达极显著水平。由此推断Syn-780含有1对苗抗基因,而成株期抗性则可能由2对显性互补基因控制。有关抗性基因的来源有待进一步深入研究。Stripe rust,caused by Puccinia striiformis West. ,is a worldwide wheat disease and one of the greatest constraints to wheat production of Sichuan province, China. With the purpose of identifying and utilizing genes for resistance to the disease, a population of 131 Fs recombinant inbred lines developed from a synthetic wheat Syn-CD780 x T. aestivum L. cv. Chuanyul2 was visually evaluated for seedling and adult-plant resistance to Chinese new stripe rust race CYR32 during 2004 - 2006. The results illustrated the 3:1 and 9:7 segregation ratios for the pooled resistant vs. susceptible line classes,respectively. It could be drawn from this analysis that the resistance at seedling of Syn-780 to CYR32 was controlled by one dominant gene and the resistance at adult-pant resistance to the same stripe rust race was controlled by two complementary dominant genes. The synthetics Syn-CD780 can be used as resistant germplasm resource for wheat breeding in China.
