注意缺陷多动障碍与ABO血型的关联分析

摘　　要：目的探讨注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)与ABO血型的关系。方法采用玻片法检测119例上海地区汉族ADHD患者及488名上海地区非患病人群的血型。结果ADHD患者与对照组的血型比较无显著的统计学意义(P=0.681),但分组比较,女性患者与女性对照组之间各血型比较有显著区别(P=0.02),其中A、B血型比较提示女性患者中A血型明显增多,B血型中明显减少(P=0.011)。O、B血型比较提示女性患者中O血型明显增多,B血型中明显减少(P=0.019)。而男性患者与男性对照组之间各血型比较,无显著统计学意义(P=0.674)。结论女性患者与女性对照组血型相比,B血型的人不易患ADHD。可能B血型为女性ADHD的保护因子,O、A血型可能是危险因子。Objective To investigate the correlation between ABO blood type and the attention deficit hyperactivity disorder of Chinese Han population in Shanghai. Methods Using glass sheet method to determine ABO blood type of 119 children with ADHD and 488 normal control group. Chi - square test was used to analyze the correlation between ABO blood type and the ADHD. Results There wasn＇t significant difference in ABO blood type between ADHD and normal control group （ P =0.681 ） ,But there was significant difference between 18 girls with ADHD and female normal control group in ABO blood type （ P = 0.02）.There was significant difference between 18 girls with ADHD and female normal control gronp in A and B blood type （ P = 0.011 ）. There was significant difference in 0 and B blood type （ P = 0.019 ）. There was not significant difference （ P = 0.674） between 101 boys with ADHD and male normal control group. Conclusion It seeras that there is little chance in B blood type to the female ADHD,B blood type maybe act as a protector factor. O and A blood type maybe act as a risk factor.
