摘 要:目的研究我国应征男青年视力低下检出率的空间分布特征。方法收集2001年我国应征男青年视力低下检出率资料,在ArcGIS 8.1软件支持下,建立我国应征男青年视力低下发病的地理信息系统,并以此为基础利用空间局部内插分析建立我国应征男青年视力低下空间分布图,以交叉评价指标为依据选择无偏最优的空间分布图。结果我国应征男青年视力低下空间分布图显示,视力低下检出率较高的地区集中在辽宁南部、内蒙中部、华北、华东及西北地区的甘肃、陕西、宁夏一带,特别是江苏、上海的检出率最高。新疆、西藏、云南、贵州、广西、黑龙江和吉林北部地区视力低下检出率最低。交叉评价指标显示,建立的我国应征男青年视力低下空间分布图是对我国应征男青年视力低下分布的无偏最优估计。结论空间局部内插法能很好估计我国应征男青年视力低下的空间分布特征,分布图对防治措施的制定与实施具有很好的参考价值。Objective To explore the spatial distribution of poor eyesight in Chinese recruited male youth. Methods Maps of spatial distribution on poor eyesight detecting rate in Chinese recruited male youth were produced, using a spatial local interpolation technique in the ArcGIS 8.1 software. Crossvalidation techniques were used to evaluate the fitness of the distribution maps. Results The spatial distribution of poor eyesight detecting rate in Chinese recruited male youth with high detectable rate of poor eyesight were concentrated in southern part of Liaoning Province, Middle Inner Mongolia, South China, East China, Gansu, Shanxi, and Ningxia Provinces, with the highest in Jiangsu Province and Shanghai. The prediction error of the cross-validation indicated that the spatial distribution maps of poor eyesight had good fitness of poor eyesight detecting rate of Chinese recruited male youth. Conclusions Spatial local interpolation technique seems to be promising in describing the spatial distribution of poor eyesight, The trend map can be a good reference to enacting measures for poor eyesight's prevention.
