苏州地区警察工作压力量表的初步编制

摘　　要：目的以苏州警察为被试,编制苏州地区警察工作压力量表。方法在访谈、文献的基础上,形成初步问卷,通过预测、正式测试进行项目筛选,检验问卷的信效度,编制初步量表。结果50个项目具有较好的区分度,因素分析确定警察工作压力的8个因素结构,即时间压力、任务压力、经济压力、个体压力、组织压力、挫折压力、社会压力、人际压力(因素负荷0.36～0.67)。8个维度的方差贡献率为45.66%。分半信度为0.85,问卷具有良好的信效度。结论苏州地区的警察工作压力量表可试用于相关的研究工作。Objective To explore a scale for Police＇s Psychological Stvess in Suzhou. Methods Based on interviews, a preliminary questionnaire was developed, item filter vas finished based on the investigation. Finally, the reliability and validity of the questionnaire have been examined. Results 50 items of the scale have good discriminability ： The 8 main factors were organizational-stress, personal-stress, task-tress, frustrate-stress, temporal-stress, social-stress, relational-stress and economical-stress, all of which could account for 45.66 per cent of the whole variance. The Questionnaires has good reliability and validity. Conclusion The scale for Police＇s Psychological stress in Suzhou can be applied to other studies.
