摘　　要：多层面CT（MSCT）在胃肠道的检查有特殊的要求。随着性能的提高，MSCT越来越广泛地应用于胃与结肠癌病变的显示、治疗前分期、血管结构的显示、伴发与并发病变的显示及治疗后随访。Some special preparations are needed in gastrointestinal multi-slice CT（MSCT） examination. With the capability improvement, MSCT is more and more widely used in diseases finding, staging, displaying of vessel structure, extra-gastrointestinal diseases and complications finding, and following of patients with gastrointestinal cancer.
