摘　　要：本文详细阐述了电力系统调度端机的组成及工作原理，提出了一种新型的通信方法及可靠性的保证。在MS．DOS软件环境下，实时多任务操作系统的形成，前台监视后台打印功能的实施办法。This paper detailed presents composition and principle of the dispatch machine on power system,advances a new communication method. In the paper,author also has discussed the form of real time multitasks opereting sgntem and the practical way which used to keep watch on front and print on background on the environment of MSDOS software.
