军人慢性精神分裂症患者事件相关电位N_(400)和MMN研究

摘　　要：目的探讨军人慢性精神分裂症患者与其它类型精神分裂症患者认知功能的异同。方法对47例慢性精神分裂症和41例非慢性精神分裂症患者进行事件相关电位N400和失配性负波检测,比较两组的差异性。结果研究组事件相关电位N400较对照组潜伏期延迟,波幅降低(t=2.60,2.49,P均<0.05);失配性负波研究组潜伏期较对照组延迟(t=2.60,P<0.05)。结论慢性精神分裂症患者较其它类型精神分裂症患者大脑兴奋性低,信息加工过程慢,整合能力差,认知功能损害程度严重。Objective To explore the differences of cognitive function between soldier chronic schizophrenics and other type schizophrenics. Methods The event related potential N400 and mismatch negativity were conducted in 47 chronic schizophrenics（research group） and 41 other type ones（.control group） and differences between the two compared. Results Compared with the control group, the research group showed prolonged latency and decreased amplitude of N400（t=2.60 or 2.49, and both P〈0.05） and prolonged latency of MMN （t=2.60,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The chronic schizophrenics have lower cerebro-excitability, slower information processing , poorer integration capacity and severe cognitive function lesion compared with other type schizophrenics.
