异甘草素脂质体对人前列腺癌细胞体外增殖的抑制作用

摘　　要：要目的要观察异甘草素(isoliquiritigenin,ISL)脂质体对人前列腺癌细胞体外增殖的抑制作用。方法要采用MTT法测定细胞增殖,计算细胞抑制率。结果要ISL脂质体(5～80μmol/L)浓度依赖性地抑制前列腺癌细胞增殖,并呈时间依赖性,于72h时达高峰,其抑制率为85.26%I;C50为38.Objective To study the effect of isoliquiritigenin（ISL） liposome on the proliferation of human prostate cancer cells in vitro. Methods The growth curve was determined by trypan blue dye exclusion assay and the cell proliferation was evaluated by MTT method. Results ISL liposome （5-80μmol·L^-1） inhibited the proliferation of human prostate cancer ceils in a concentration and time-dependent manner. The inhibitive effect reached the maximum at 72h of culture, its inhibitive rate was 85.26%.The IC50 was 38.46μmol·L^-1. Conclusion ISL can significantly inhibit the proliferation of human prostate cancer cells in vitro and was a potential treatment for prostate cancer.
