摘  要:目的提出远红外热图早期发现乳癌的参考标准。方法选出500例(1000个)乳腺,月经正常的乳腺增生育龄妇女的乳腺红外热图(WP-95)与高频B超结合病理检查进行分析。结果①乳腺热图随月经周期的变化而变化,以经后期为低反应期,经间、经前为高反应期。②乳腺小叶增生的热图,随月经周期的变化而动态变化。③经间、经前期是观察乳腺小叶增生热图的适当时候。④经后、绝经期是发现乳癌的最佳期。⑤弧立的、非对称的、持久(月经各期)存在高温斑块应是乳癌的标识。而经间、经前及小叶增生出现的高温斑多呈左右对称的斑支形占90%以上。Objective To get a proper diagnostic reference standard for the far - infrared thermography for discovery of early stage breast cancer. Methods 500 eases of ( 1,000 breasts) women, whose menstruation is normal. All of them suffer from hyperplasia of the breast. We use far - infrared thermography ( WP - 95 ) , high freguency B - ultrasound and pathological examination for comparative analysis, Results (1)The thermograph' s change follow the menstrual cycle change. (2)The thermography of the lobular hyperplasia of the breast present activity change, which followed menstrual cycle. (3)Intermenstrual and premenstrual phase are the best stage for the thermography of the lobular hyperplasia of the breast. (4)Postmenstrual and suppressed phase are the optimal period of discovering the breast cancer. (5)Sole,nonsymmetrieally and persistent hyperthermo maeula should be the mark of the breast cancer in all phase of menstrual cycle. Conclusion The characters of far - infrared thermography in different period all have diagnostic value.
