摘　　要：目的探索肺癌所致神经系统副肿瘤综合征的护理特点。方法18例病人采用了基础护理与心理护理,及针对副肿瘤综合征症状及体征的护理。结果100%病人对疾病特点有所认识,无护理并发症。结论神经系统副肿瘤综合征的护理在注意原发病护理的同时,更要注意到副肿瘤综合征症状及体征的护理。Objective To study the nursing method of paraneoplastie neurological syndromes caused by lung cancer. Methods Basle nursing, psychologieal nursing and the nursing aiming at the symptom and sign of paraneo- plastic neurological syndromes were taken among 18eases. Results 100% patients know the feature of disease, there is no nursing complication. Conclusion The nursing of original disease as well as the symptom and sign of paraneoplastie neurological syndromes are both important.
