摘 要:介绍医院实行岗位工资的具体做法,在原工资制度分配要素的基础上增加了风险、责任、管理、技术知识等要素,以岗级为主线,以工龄、学历、职称、岗位的特殊性为辅线,充分体现“效益优先、优劳优酬”、向临床一线倾斜的分配原则。在改革中深刻体会到领导重视与支持是改革成功的前提和基础;转变观念,思想上的统一是改革成功的先驱条件;精细的预算是改革成功的有力保障。To introduce the concrete way of executing the post wage in hospital. According to allotment factors of the initial wage system, we increased other factors that involve risk, responsibility, management, technique knowledge, etc. The mode, which took the post grade as the main line, and took the work age, educational back- ground, title, the specialty of posts as the assistant line, fully embodied our allotment principle "the benefit first, good work deserve good pay" ,inclining the favor to the clinic. During reforming, we profoundly realized that the recognition and support from the leadership provided the premise and foundation to the success ; the changing of the idea and the union of the thought became the precursory factor of the success ; the fine budget gave the powerful guarantee for the success.
