西南民族地区校内外教育系统功能研究

摘　　要：西南民族地区校内、外教育系统在功能发挥上各行其是;两大系统的功能发挥各自存在正向的价值,同时也有其负面的影响;两系统的功能互补应当是西南民族地区教育未来发展的方向。The inner and outside school education systems have their own functions in the southwest ethnic regions in China. The two systems have positive value as well as negative effect. The developing direction of education in this region should be a functional mutual omplementation of the two systems.
