模糊综合评价法在企业危机预警中的应用

摘　　要：首先分析了企业危机预警的重要性,然后阐述了企业危机预警的原理和预警工作程序;在模糊评价方法的基础上,提出了基于专家群评价的模糊综合评价方法,通过校正-补偿评价法把专家对企业的评价和对专家评价水平的评价综合起来;最后通过实例说明了这种方法在企业经营危机预警中的具体应用,并对结果进行了分析和讨论。In this paper, firstly the importance of enterprise crisis warning was analyzed, and then the principle and process of enterprise crisis warning were illustrated; based on fuzz evalua- tion, fuzz comprehensive evaluation based on expert group evaluation was brought forward, in which enterprise＇s evaluation and experts＇ evaluation was integrated by revised compensate eval- uation method; finally the specific appliance of this method on enterprise operation crisis advance warning management was demonstrated, and result was discussed.
