摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法测定注射用灰树花倍他葡聚糖的含量及含量均匀度。方法采用Shodex OH pak SB-804HQ色谱柱，以0．02％NaN3溶液为流动相，流速为0．5mL／min，柱温为35℃，示差折光检测，采用外标法分别以峰面积和峰高定量。结果在0．2～5．0mg,／mL范围内浓度与峰面积和峰高均呈良好的线性关系，r分别为0．9990和0．9997，平均回收率分别为100．11％和100．08％，方法的最低检测限为0．4μg。结论此法简便、快捷，重现性好，适合于注射用灰树花倍他葡聚糖的含量及含量均匀度测定。Purpose To establish a HPLC method for the content and content uniformity determination of Grifola frondosa beta-gluean for injection（GFGI）. Methods The analytical column was a Shodex OH pak SB- 804HQ column,0.02% NaN3 solution was used as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 0.5 mL/min.The column temperature was 35 ℃ and the detection was carried out with RI detector. Results There was a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.2-5.0 mg/mL, the correlation coefficient measured by peak area and peak height was 0.999 0 and 0.999 7 and the average recovery was 100.11% and 100.08% respectively. Conclusion The proposed method was proved to be simple, reproducible, stable, and suitable for determining the content and content uniformity of GFGI.
