摘　　要：利用保角变换方法对厚电极厚缓冲层的共面波导LiNbO3电光调制器的结构和性能参数进行了分析和研究,通过仿真选择合适的电极厚度和缓冲层厚度,优化了调制器性能,论证了宽带电光调制器用于自由空间光通信的可行性。The structure and performance parameters of LiNbO3 optical modulator with thicker electrodes and relatively thicker buffer layer have been analyzed using conformal mapping. The relation between the parameters and the modulation characteristics has been obtained by simulating to select the proper thickness of the electrodes and buffer layer to optimize the performance of the modulator. The feasibility of FSO system used LiNbO3 modulator of broad band is demonstrated.
