摘　　要：本文全面分析了西方绿色管理产生的外在诱因,认为西方企业绿色管理是当代环境问题恶化,人类环境意识觉醒,绿色浪潮高涨,以及政府、公众、绿色组织及国际社会共同努力等多种因素相互作用的结果。The author analyzed the external motivations of the western green management completely, considered that the creation of the green management in western enterprises is a result of the interactions of many outside elements, such as the green tide, environment problems, the human environment consciousness, and the joint efforts of government, public, green organizations and international society.
