摘　　要：仲裁协议效力的确认机构在仲裁中占据重要地位,而我国这方面的制度设计上存在一些缺陷,导致仲裁的优越性难得彰显。了解他国先进的仲裁制度,改进我国相关规定就显得颇为迫切和必须。The organization for ascertaining the validity of arbitration agreement plays an important role in arbitration. However there are some flaws in Chinese arbitration law. It seems to be more prompt and necessary to study other countries＇ advanced legislation and amend Chinese arbitration law.
