摘　　要：为了检验教学效果，提高教学质量，对我校2003级七年制临床医学专业药理学的期末考试试卷进行了分析，结果提示，试题难度及区分度合适，大部分学生对重点难点知识掌握较好，但基本知识掌握较差，学生成绩偏低，专业思想不牢固可能是成绩低的主要原因。In order to exam the teaching result and improving teaching quality, this study analyzes the finn examination paper of pharmacology for year 2003 students majoring in clinical medicine. The results indicated that the difficulty and differentiation degree of the test paper were appropriate, and that most students grasped the key points of the course contents. However, there was inadequacy in basic knowledge; the examination scores were low, the main reason of which may be the students＇ disinterest in their major.
