摘 要:根据滑动摩擦理论,导出斜面仪法测定滑动摩擦系数的数学公式,通过测定斜面仪的滑动摩擦角,研究水冬瓜果实含水率与滑动摩擦系数的关系;通过压榨原理,研究水冬瓜果实含水率与出油率的关系。结果表明,水冬瓜果实滑动摩擦系数随含水率的增加而增大;回归分析表明,水冬瓜果实滑动摩擦系数与含水率之间为线性关系;滑动摩擦系数在温度小于30℃,随温度升高而增加;温度大于30℃,随温度升高而减小;水冬瓜果实其含水率为8.5%时,出油率最高。In this paper, the author established a mathematical equation for measuring the sliding friction coefficient by a apparatus of incline plane on the basis of the sliding friction theory. Then through a determination of the sliding friction angle on the apparatus of incline plane, the equation was ~mployed for calculation of the sliding friction coefficient with different moisture contents on idesia polycarpa var.vestita and then through a squeeze, for calculation of the rate of oil with different moisture contents on idesia polycarpa var. vestita. The results shown that the sliding friction coefficient of the idesia polycarpa var.vestita would rise with an increase in it moisture content. Finally, the conclusion could be drawn on the basis of regressing analysis that there is a linear relationship between sliding friction coefficient of idesia polycarpa var.vestita and its moisture content; when the temperature was less than 30℃,the sliding friction coefficient rising with an increase in it moisture content and when the temperature was bigger than 30℃, the sliding friction coefficient falling with an increase in it moisture content; when the moisture content on Idesia polycarpa var.vestita was 8.5%, the rate of oil on idesia polycarpa var.vestita was highest.
