On this basis, it analyses the behavior problem of knowledge diffusion, and leads to the logic that organizational learning is the inherent power of knowledge effective distribution. From the comprehension of learning ability, learning platform, learning utility and learning atmosphere, the paper enriches the knowledge related to team knowledge spread.
