摘　　要：目的观察丁咯地尔对大鼠脑梗死的保护及治疗作用，并探讨其可能机制。方法应用自体血栓阻塞大鼠大脑中动脉制备大鼠脑梗死模型。结果经腹腔给予丁咯地尔5、10mg／kg均能减少梗死体积，降低缺血脑组织钙含量。结论丁咯地尔对大鼠脑梗死具有治疗作用，其机制可能与降低缺血脑组织钙含量有关。Objective To study the therapeutic effects of buflomedil on cerebral infarction in rats and discuss its possible mechanism. Methods Experimental cerebral infarction model was made using autonomous blood emboli,which occluded the middle cerebral artery in rats. Results The size and the lever of Ca^2＋ of cerebral infarction in rats of buflomedil treated group were reduced which were lower than that of normal saline group. Conclusion Bulfomedil could be used to protect and treat regional cerebral infarction. Its mechanism may be that bulfomedil could reduce cerebral Ca^2＋ concentration.
