摘 要:目的研究血管紧张素Ⅱ对家兔血液流变性的影响。方法将家兔随机分为盐水对照组(n=10)、卡托普利组(n=10)和缬沙坦组(n=10),卡托普利组静脉给予卡托普利(captopril,Cap)1mg/kg,缬沙坦组静脉给予缬沙坦(valsartan,Val)2mg/kg,盐水对照组给予等量生理盐水。分别于给药前、给药后30min、1h、2h和3h自兔耳中动脉取血,测定血液流变学各项指标。结果卡托普利和缬沙坦均能降低家兔的全血黏度和体外血栓形成,抑制血小板聚集率和红细胞聚集,提高红细胞变性能力,但对血浆黏度和红细胞压积无明显影响。结论血管紧张素Ⅱ增高可能是引起血液流变性异常的重要因素。Objective To study the effects of angiotensin II on hemorrheology in rabbits. Methods The rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: (1) saline control group(n=10 rabbits):saline 1 mL/kg was iv injected; (2) captopril group(n=10 rabbits): captopril 1 mg/kg was iv injected; (3) valsartan group(n= 10 rabbits):valsartan 2mg/ kg was iv injected. Blood samples were taken from the central auricular artery of rabbits and hemorrheological indexes were determined before and 30 min, 1h, 2h, 3h after administration respectively.Results Captopril and valsartan markedly reduced the whole blood viscosity and thrombosis in vitro, suppressed platelet aggregation and red blood cell aggregation, and enhanced red blood cell deformation in rabbits. But captopril and valsartan had no obvious effect on the plasma viscosity.Conclusion Angiotensin Ⅱ elevation may be an important cause in hemorrheology abnormity.
