摘　　要：目的探讨吉派林对脑梗死急性期血液流变学的影响。方法用YDA型旋转式血液流变学测试仪及SA-B型软件系统测试治疗前和治疗后血液流变学指标及血脂等项。结果血液流变学指标明显改善(P<0.05),神经功能明显改善,无明显副作用。结论吉派林是目前较理想的预防和治疗脑梗死急性期的有效药物之一。Objective To probe into the effect of Jipailin on blood rheology in acute stage in cerebral infarction. Methods Rotary instruments Model YDA of blood rheology and SA-B computer software system were used to measure the blood rheological index and lipid of the patients before treatment and after treatment.Results There were significant improvements in blood rheological index （P〈0.05） and also in neurological function without any side effects.Conclusion Jipailin is one of the ideal medicines for prevention and treatment of cerebral infarction in acute stage.
