摘　　要：如何针对知识型馆员的独特的个性特征来加强对他们的管理,充分挖掘他们的潜力已在某种程度上成为保证图书馆事业发展的关键因素,文章通过分析知识型馆员的特点,探讨如何通过实施人本管理来有效管理知识型馆员并提高他们的生产力。How to strengthen the management of knowledgeable librarians considering their special characteristics,how to fully tap their potentiality become the key factor in the development of library cause to some extent. The article makes an analysis of the characteristics of the knowledgeable librarians, probes into the problems of how to practice the effective management among them by exercising humane management and how to promote their incentives and productivity.
